WINTRUP is a vibrant, privately owned, Texas-based real estate development company that owns, manages and develops a growing portfolio of multi-family properties, single family homes, residential high-end buildings and commercial and retail properties.
Founded in 2001, with headquarters located in Plano, Texas, Wintrup’s platform embraces all aspects of real estate including acquisition, disposition, repositioning, financing, property management, construction, and development. Today, the Company continues to expand into new markets, both domestically and internationally.
Our Story
Since its inception in 2001 by its founder Lowell Wintrup, WINTRUP has increasingly delivered profitable results. The Company has become known for the strength of its acquisition team with its unique international access to off-market portfolios and its excellent track record of identifying value-added opportunities.
The team at WINTRUP have done a billion dollars in combined deals, composed of more than 300 single family homes, 200 multi-family residential apartments and 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space. It has acquired and repositioned several class B and C multi-family apartment units in primarily urban areas across the United States and Canada.
